The Space:

Welcome to Shell of a Dream, your expansive oceanfront sanctuary spanning over 4,000 square feet of luxury living. The heart of the home features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range and dual refrigerators, perfect for preparing family feasts. You will find two spacious living rooms, each featuring 70 inch 4K televisions for movie nights. The property includes six private bedrooms, each serving as an en suite sanctuary for ultimate comfort. The oceanfront primary suite stands out with its own private balcony offering breathtaking views. Outdoors, enjoy your private heated swimming pool and a patio area designed for relaxation. Every bedroom is thoughtfully arranged: the main floor features a primary king suite, a bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed, and a bunk room. The top floor offers a king bedroom and a queen suite with a sofa bed, while the bottom floor includes an additional queen suite with a sofa bed. Please note that while pillows and blankets are provided, guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels.



Guest Access:

Welcome to your private oceanfront retreat. As our guest, you have full and exclusive access to the entire six bedroom villa, including the spacious living areas, the gourmet kitchen, and all six and a half bathrooms. You will enjoy complete privacy in a gated community, with your own private heated swimming pool and a patio perfect for soaking in the views. The home features dual living rooms for relaxing, and each of the six bedrooms is a private en suite sanctuary. You also have access to the garage and all provided amenities, including the barbecue grill and laundry facilities. Please note that while pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels or arrange for a rental prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Pillows and blankets are provided, but towels and sheets are not. Guests must bring their own or pre-order from a local vendor. A list of recommended linen rental providers will be shared after booking confirmation.
