*No Children under 18 are allowed alone in the Pool House-Must be accommodated by an adult over the age of 18
*Signed Guest Rental Agreement & Pool Waiver is required after booking is confirmed
*Fireplaces are not operational and not for guest use. (Decorative Only)
*Firewood is not provided, guests will need to bring their own if they wish to use the outdoor firepit.
*TV's are smart TV's with WiFi. Guests may stream their own cable provider.
*Pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, Swim at your own Risk
*Quiet Hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding.
*There are exterior security cameras on the outside of the property, facing away from all interior spaces. These are for the safety of our guests and the security of the property. One is facing the pool area and the other is facing the garage from the screened porch.
