Welcome to Serenvale Retreat, a contemporary mountain retreat tucked in the woods in a quiet West Vail neighborhood, yet just a short drive from the vibrant energy of Vail and Lionshead Villages and the resortâs world-class ski slopes. This four-bedroom home is defined by an airy, open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a chic palette of white, cream, and light wood.
The main level is a bright, inviting space that serves as the heart of the home where family and friends can gather in the great room or out in the yard. The living area centers around a gas fireplace and large TV, while the adjacent dining space, with seating for six, opens through sliding glass doors to a fenced backyard. Step outside to unwind around the firepit, grill dinner on the patio, or simply enjoy the mountain air.
The sleek gourmet kitchen features a Wolf range and a large marble island perfect for prepping meals. There are four counter stools along the island.
Serenvale Retreatâs layout provides multiple areas for work, play, and rest. On the main level off the kitchen, a large mudroom with ample storage for gear and outdoor clothing doubles as a fitness space with a weight machine. It also features a stacked full-size washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, and opens to both the backyard and garage.
An upper-level media loft with cozy couches, a big-screen TV, and an electric keyboard is an ideal hangout for kids and teens.
Overlooking the great room, a second separate loft serves as a bright office space, complete with a foosball table for well-deserved breaks.
The four spacious bedrooms all have vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathrooms. The primary king suite is located on the upper level and features a TV and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Next to the primary is a queen bedroom with a TV, desk space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.
A bunkroom is located through the office area. It has a full over queen bunk bed, and its ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The fourth bedroom is located on the main level to one side of the entryway and features a king bed, large ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. A Peloton bike is also located in this room.
This home is pet-friendly with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
