Mit zwei Master-Suiten Diese Ferienwohnung wird leicht unterbringen zwei Familien oder eine einzige große Party, 10-12 Personen. Ein Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Andere Meister hat ein französisches Bett mit eigenem Bad. Drittes Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit Bad auf dem Gang. Im Obergeschoss private Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad. Loft verfügt über ein Tagesbett mit Trundle herauszuziehen. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und verfügt über große Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den Pisten vom Hauptwohnbereich und drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Condo komplett renoviert 2012. We have stayed here multiple times. The views are fantastic and the ski in and ski out is so helpful with children. The new kitchen is wonderful. The ski closet, hot tub and walk to town, along with a covered garage for cars are also great amenities.

Thank you Kristen. We are so happy that you like the new kitchen. I tried to redesign it to make it more user-friendly! And you are right on both accounts - the views are fantastic and it's a great location for kids. We raised 5 children skiing/snowboarding so we wanted an easy in and out. No lugging skis and boards. Ski right out and right back in. You are welcome back anytime, but book early. I sell out every year and now my adult children are starting to take weeks for themselves!

The home was perfect. The location was central to everything Beaver Creek had to offer. The host was very accessible prior to our departure. We never had to reach out to the host during our stay. The home was well equipped, very comfortable, and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful true “SKI OUT” property. Very spacious. Fantastic location with 200 foot ski down to Highland’s Lift or short ski down to Haymeadow or Centennial gondolas. Short downhill walk to the Village and the free VB shuttle buses from the Park Hyatt was a 3 minute trip if we ate too much and didn’t want to walk uphill with full bellies at 8,200 feet. A question about where to go for gym facilities was immediately answered. Very clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and beautiful. The massive picture windows offered stunning views of the mountain and ski runs. Thank you Sharon. We are over the mountain delighted with our stay!

Glad you enjoyed the condo. It is the perfect size and location and next year it's going to be even better since the building is going through a complete remodel (new roof, siding, windows, entrance) and the condo will be getting a fresh new look with a new fireplace, flooring and bathroom remodel.

Comfort & location!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had skiers & those that wanted just to relax. This location was perfect because we could do both. Beds were comfy and the view was spectacular!

Wonderful condo and location

We have been staying in Beaver Creek for years. This is the most ideal location for families and a true ski in and ski out. Very comfortable rooms with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Ski locker and garage were perfect. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Very nice property. A little bit of a hike to/from the village. Beautiful view from back deck. Amenities were sufficient.Only real problem was the dishwasher and clothes dryer quit working after the first couple of days.Overall, a very nice property. I would recommend it.

I am sorry that the dryer and the dishwasher quit working after the first couple of days. They were brand new appliances installed during our kitchen remodel which was completed the week before check in. You were the first family to use the condo after the remodel. Regarding the dishwasher, there was a cap that had fallen off somewhere inside the dishwasher. Once it was put back on, the dishwasher worked fine. The dryer's electric cord had come lose in the back. Once it was reconnected the dryer worked fine. Both of these issues could have been resolved immediately had the procedure been followed to call the private property manger with any problems. Instead it was reported it to the front desk who has no authority in managing the condo as stated in the procedures document sent out prior to check in. By the time I, the owner, was called later in the week it was one day from check out. There is a family currently occupying the condo for the month of August and they report that all appliances are working as intended.

Fantastic home in fantastic location

Perfectly-sized, well-equipped vacation condo in the perfect location!! We had a great time in this truly ski in/out property, access to pool and hot tub were easy, and the condo's kitchen had everything we needed as well. Walking into Beaver Creek took 5 minutes, so even our non-skiers got to have the 3 pm cookies! Our stay at this vacation rental couldn't have been better!

Million dollar View

This condo was perfect for our family. Three bedrooms for three couples and the kids had the upstairs bedroom/loft. LOVED that it was a true ski-in/ski-out and the view was incredible! Best view in the complex!!! The boot warmers and ski locker was the cherry on top! Will definitely rent again! Sharon was amazing to work with!!

Family Ski Week

Perfect location for ski in/ski out. Short walk to village. Great pool and hot tubs. Ski locker and boot/glove dryer just steps from the slopes. Condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable Spacious Ski In - Ski Out Condo

Great location and views. It was wonderful having 4 full baths and flexible sleeping arrangements for our ski group. Excellent ski locker facilities and mountain access. Comfortable living area. Some of the furniture and bed linens are well worn and “broken in” but did not detract from our enjoyment.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the large condo and great location. Some of the noted "broken in" items will taken care of in this upcoming off season. The entire building is being shut down for a total building remodel- new roof, windows, siding, entrance, etc. While that is happening, we will be remodeling the first floor of the condo as well. We chose this property because of it's size and location and it's breathtaking views of the mountain. It is located on one of the main slopes in Beaver Creek so it is an ideal ski in/out property. Snap on your skis and leave. Ski into the ski locker, put away your skis and ride the elevator to the condo.
