We strongly dispute the accuracy and fairness of this review. At no time during the guest’s stay were we notified of mold, water concerns, health issues, or any condition they believed made the home unsafe. We were never given the opportunity to inspect the property, send maintenance, correct the issue, or relocate the guests if necessary. The guest states they found water, worked on the dehumidifiers, added fans, and continued their stay, yet none of this was reported to us at the time. We have also received no photographs, testing, inspection results, or other evidence showing mold in the home. We have since attempted to locate the alleged mold and have been unable to verify the condition described. We take health and safety concerns seriously, but symptoms alone do not prove mold was present or that the home caused those symptoms. The timing of this complaint, after the stay was completed and without prior notification or evidence, also raises concern that this may be an attempt to obtain compensation or a refund after the fact. Had we been contacted during the stay, we could have immediately investigated, corrected the issue, or moved the guests. We respectfully ask VRBO to review the message history and reconsider this review.

This person made a huge mess and spilled paint all over our garage floor. We kept the deposit as it took more than that to clean it up. That’s why we got a three star review.
