1st floor Lounge:
Relaxed space with super lake views- especially at night. Couch (converts to a full bed for 2 addl guests- or that loud snorer)

2nd floor Main Level: Beautiful lake views from the open concept kitchen, dining table that seats 6 and living room that includes a 52” smart TV, gas fireplace, and A/C. Two bedrooms with A/C, fans, and Roku 42” smart TVs
Full bath. 2nd floor deck with scenic views of the lake, Gas grill and outdoor table that seats up to 8.

3rd Floor Loft: Queen bedroom with air-conditioning, a fan, and a balcony with seating for two.
Dedicated workspace with incredible lake views.
Full bathroom.

Outside, your Private Yard with:
7-person SPA HOT TUB - Brand New June '23 with awesome light features.
Floating dock with bench
Fire pit - just feet from the water's edge surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs

Paddles & Life preservers (stored in the 1st floor Utility Room)

Included:
Gas for grill, backup tank, and grill utensils all on site. Kitchen is complete with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, 3 coffee makers, blender, cutting boards, dish towels, soaps, dishwasher and pods. Beds are freshly made with clean linens. Clean washcloths, bath and hand towels are provided. Beach towels are provided during the summer months. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Other things to note
There is a private dock and three kayaks on premises for your exclusive use. Kayaks and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.

Tennis, basketball courts, and playground are just around the corner. There is also a dog park nearby.

There is some great vintage stemware in the house, please feel free to use it.

If you stay during a full moon, you could see an incredible moonshine on the lake at night.

If you prefer charcoal over gas grilling, we have a charcoal grill available upon request

The (spiral) staircase does not have a baby gate.

There are some baby essentials on site, please reach out to us for details.

Various animals typical of the Poconos may appear - Please use common sense.

The 2025 amenity fee (which includes use of the community pools) is $12 per person per day for ages three and above. Purchase your tickets conveniently at the pool entrance or welcome center(they only accept credit cards) Note:
Homeowners are not responsible for any amenity fees. The pools and amenities are available seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day, and are subject to change based upon the weather.

Pet:

We love pets but due to compliance with our cleaning contract, we only allow dogs as pets. There’s a pet fee of $100 PER dog and a maximum of two dogs per stay. Additional dog fee for the second dog will be sent separately.

A photo ID is required.

Our guests are respectful and considerate, but for the one clown- we have to note: if the hot tub needs emergency cleaning and/or repairs due to your actions, there will be a corresponding charge.

Additional standard rules for the hot tub are posted on site, including that the cover must remain on the entire Spa Hot Tub whenever you are not in it. Additionally, the cover must be locked for safety when children are at the property.

*There will be no refunds given for unfavorable weather, interruption of utilities due to weather, or minor maintenance problems. Also, please understand, you might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to mice, foxes, bears, raccoons, skunks, possums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund you if you encounter her business during your stay.

Travel insurance from your own carrier is recommended.
