1) Low Traffic Lake Cove, perfect for swimming and chilling. Swim with safety and confidence right off our dock! At the end/back of the cove, almost 0 boat traffic, but 5 minutes to main channel, make this a hidden gem unlike most homes at the lake!
2) Diving board and 8 step swim platform for a little altitude and cannon balls for the kids!
3) We have a private Hot Tub at our house, with lovely view of lake. No need to share with the masses! Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub in 20 steps!
4) Amazing view of the main channel! Empty lot to 1 side, so plenty of elbow room here!
5) Double Well dock with plenty of watercraft & PWC space, diving board, high board platform, fishing, relaxing.
6) 1500 Square feet home, 3 Bed/3 bath.
7) Low pitch driveway easy access (uncommon at Ozark) and plenty of parking (also rare!)
8) Lovely Lake views from deck and balcony. Empty lot next to us, so plenty of elbow room. A wide and safe swimming area that you won't find anywhere else!
9) We have water equipment available to rent right on the dock! Message for more info and a price quote! Kayaks, SUPs, Lily Pads, Canoe, yadda, yadda, yadda!

Book this wonderful lakefront house with large and professionally serviced outdoor Hot Tub, Swim Platform + Diving Board, oversized dock with virtually no boat traffic, optional Equipment Rental, and optional Captain Service!!! Owners have over 20 years of vacation rental experience and own 4 vacation rental properties.

As you're evaluating rentals, a few tips about Lake of the Ozark:

1) Main channel lakefront homes are unsafe for swimming, noisy, and get large waves. Our house is a non-main channel secluded cove and dock, which is a private channel and cove. Our cove is hidden and low traffic. Swim with confidence that waves and boaters won't run you over! We even have a diving board and jump platform so you can practice your cannon balls!

2) Even coves can have high traffic and high wake for swimming, making it unsafe for kids and adults. Luckily, our house is in the back of the cove, so there is 0 wake and virtually 0 boat traffic (there's only a handful of homes in the back).

3) Single Well docks rarely have enough space and elbow room for guest's watercraft and chilling with multiple people. Our house is a double well concrete dock, for all your watercraft space and chilling needs. we have swimming platform and diving board, and space for chillaxing.We also have a separate PWC float now added for easy PWC Docking.

4) The dock even has a fish sink; in case you catch that perfect fish that needs to be cleaned right on the dock! Lots of fish has been caught right off this very dock and there's even a crappy bed in behind the dock, away from the swimming area! Christmas trees were added adjacent, to improve the already great fishing spot.

5) Not every house has main channel lake views, especially if waterfront. Make your way back to our deck with lovely lakefront views, nice shade from the trees for those hot summer days or leverage the awning to chill out and enjoy the lake life. Because we only have 1 next door neighbor due to the undeveloped lot next door, we have great views!

6) Lake Ozark is notorious for crazy pitch driveways that feel like mountainous roller coaster getting your car or watercraft in and out. Not this house! Our pitch is super small, and our driveway is quite flat, so you don't feel like you're riding a roller coaster getting in/out of the driveway. Plenty of room for you to park your cars, boats, and PWC's.

7) Many homes at Ozark have limited parking. We have plenty. Park cars, boats, trailers so easily and not having to worry about space or pitch!

8) Indoors, enjoy our lake décor, fireplace, foosball table, and plenty of space to spread out.

9) 2 full bathrooms so plenty of space for all. 1 half bath for a 3rd toilet/sink. Perfect bathroom for pooping! From past guests: 5 stars-- Would Poop here Again!

10) Fireplace for lots of indoor coziness, especially in Fall, Winter, Early Spring.

11) Very close to the Ozark Strip for restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping. 5 Minute drive, take a cheap Uber to strip or restaurants, or boat out from our house to the strip to dock up there (2 coves over).

We have optional water sports equipment rental available onsite (see photos in listing). For a small fee to guests as an optional add-on, you get access to: Lily Pad, Tandem Kayaks, Stand Up Paddles, Canoe, Life Vests, and other water toys. Inquire within for a price quote.

A few important reminders when booking:

Please let us know in advance if this will be a pet stay or not. Fees apply for each pet on the reservation. The VRBO pet fees assume 1 pet (as the VRBO system doesn't allow you to choose multiple pets or a "pet count"). If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know, so we can apply the appropriate fees for your stay. On average, our pet fees are around $160/pet per stay. However, please inquire about possible discounts if you have multiple pets. Thank you!

For those traveling without pets, only about 10% of our reservations are pet stays. We have hardwood floors, and our house is professionally cleaned and disinfected on every reservation checkout. There is no dander in the house.

Please note, we do charge 5% for credit or debit card administrative fees as a pass-through cost as that is what VRBO, Inc. charges. That is subtracted from the Damage Deposit upon your check-out, not upfront. For Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, check, or cashier's check, no such fees apply).

Please note, host provides grill and propane tanks. We don't guarantee propane gas in tank at all times, but often times there is propane. Woods grocery Market is 7-minute drive from house for refills. We reimburse guests for refills with a valid receipt, so we appreciate your understanding if the propane runs out.

The Water Equipment Rental package is additional fees from the lodging. We use these fees to cover our costs of replacement, repair, and providing this equipment, so we don't really profit from them. We are happy to provide you a price quote.

Weekend Reservations requires a 3-night minimum, unless a Friday or Saturday night is already booked to another reservation, then less than 3 nights is permitted.

Feb 12 - December 1: We do not break up weekend stays. Friday and Saturday must be booked together. If the VRBO booking system allows the weekend break up, we will reach out to you to modify or allow free guest initiated cancellation.

July 4 weekend is 4 nights minimum.
