On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, that may also be converted to make 2 separate twin beds, and another room consisting of 2 twin beds. The bathroom layout is designed for convenience, with the toilet separated from the shower, so multiple guests can use the facilities at once. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring a bay window that overlooks the manicured lawn and offers views of the pristine waters of East Penobscot Bay. The living room is cozy and inviting, with large windows bringing in natural light and the beauty of the surroundings.

The second floor features two additional bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and a lovely view of Northwest Harbor. The queen bedroom also known as the the artist's studio bedroom has a queen bed, a seating area and a large Palladium window looking out over the water.

These bedrooms share a well designed split bathroom, which includes a toilet room with its own sink, then a bathroom with a full bathtub, a shower and an additional sink.

The outdoor spaces at Artist’s Retreat are truly remarkable. Guests can explore the expansive gardens, relax on the dreamy seaside deck system, or take in the views from the shaded platform near the ocean. There is also direct access to the shore via stairs, allowing for easy exploration of the coastal landscape. For added enjoyment, the property includes a fire pit, making evenings spent on the porch or by the water a special part of the Deer Isle experience.
