Welcome to Aquarian Adjourn - a very well kept and magnificent oceanfront home overlooking Stonington’s busy working waterfront. Watch the ever changing scenery of the thoroughfare from most any window in this lovely village home.
Aquarian Adjourn has so many thoughtful touches to make its visitors' stay as comfortable as possible. Hardwood flooring, lovely furnishings, and a wall of windows are a few of the wonderful qualities this property provides. The home has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range, spacious refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a inviting living room area that provides plenty of options for socializing or relaxation and a dining table with seating for five. Finishing off the first floor of the house is a television room with a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
The second floor of the home has two bedrooms. The bedrooms both have amazing views of the harbor. The windows have great blinds which can be left open to enjoy the sights of the harbor or closed to sleep in on those bright, sunny mornings. The first bedroom has a full bed, a large closet and a dresser. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, night stands and two large closet areas. Finishing off the second floor is a ¾ bath.
Aquarian Adjourn is an oceanfront paradise. There is a wrap-around deck from the main floor which makes it easy to enjoy all the stunning views!

HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING
No large parties or gatherings
No fire pits unless advertised and included
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibly of claims.
