This stunning brand new 3,700 sq ft luxury home features balconies on every floor, a rooftop terrace with panoramic Gulf views, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Inside, enjoy two spacious living rooms, two full kitchens and dining areas, and the convenience of an elevator for easy access to all levels all just steps from the beach!

The first floor offers access to the pool, hot tub, cozy sitting area, and mini golf setup perfect for outdoor fun. On the second floor, you’ll find three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (two queens, one king), a full dining room, queen sofa bed, and laundry machines.

The third floor features two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with an en suite bath, plus two queen pullout sofas, a second full kitchen, living and dining room, and another set of laundry machines for ultimate convenience.

Top it all off with the rooftop deck, where you can relax on lounge chairs and take in breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf.

Guests have full access to the entire home except the garage.

The pool is professionally serviced twice a week, with service days that may vary.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Do not, under any circumstance, disturb neighbors with loud noise and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced.

1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.

2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday mornings. If your stay falls on one of these days. We would greatly appreciate it if you place your garbage in the bins and pull it to the curb.

3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate in the back of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.

4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
