Our historic home has been completely remodeled with new a/c and heat, new plumbing, flooring, fixtures and furnishings. This bright and cozy rental is the private lower-level floor of the house and offers 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, a fun studio setup with a queen sized bed and oversized comfy couch, a full bathroom, and laundry in-unit, completely separated from the main level of the home.

Enjoy a comfy living area with Smart TV and new kitchen and eating nook with high-speed Wifi throughout. And look no further for great coffee - our kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you have a great way to start your day!

We can sleep up to 5, and the king bedroom offers a desk area so you can work from home with ease.

Personal products are provided for your use, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand-soap. We also provide a hair dryer, clothes steamer, and kitchenette stocked with flatware and all the dishes you'll need.

NOTE: This is a private, secure, self-contained rental on the lower level of a home. There is a separate apartment on the main level of the property. We ask that all guests observe quiet hours 10pm-7am.
