NEWLY REMODELED AS OF FALL 2025! Brand new flooring, fireplace, couch, barstools, and stove! Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado's winter wonderland! This ski in/out, one-bedroom condominium offers the ultimate convenience for your alpine adventures.
Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. After a day on the slopes, sink into the comfortable sofa or lavish loveseat, and unwind in front of the crackling fire while reliving the day's adventures.
The kitchen is fully equipped to unleash your inner chef, boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample space to whip up a delicious meal. Indulge in your culinary creations at the dining table, or take advantage of the breakfast bar for a quick bite before hitting the town with many shops a few steps from your door.
Retreat to the alluring bedroom, where a plush king-size bed promises a restful night's sleep. Wake up reinvigorated and ready to embark on another mountain adventure. The adjacent bathroom features modern fixtures and a recently remodeled walk-in tile shower.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
