Free street parking is available and usually plentiful. You may also use the driveway, but it's shared; please park on the far right side to avoid blocking the neighbor.

While I may not be there to meet you in person, I'm just a quick phone call away and happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay! :)
House Rules:
* The property shares a driveway with the neighbor. Please park on the rental property side (farther to the right side) and ensure clear access for side door on house. Park as far back as the asphalt goes, if the gravel space is empty feel free to park back there too. If unsure, street parking is available and free.
* We encourage using public transit or ride services to reduce traffic.
* Pets are allowed.
* Please NO SHOES on the carpet. Cleaning charges may apply.
* Please NO SMOKING/VAPING. Cleaning charges may apply.
* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, so please be mindful of your noise levels. Any parties held at the home or loud events will result in an automatic $100 fine or more.
* If you break any furniture or appliances, please report it immediately.
* No unregistered guests allowed.
* Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
* Please respect check-in and check-out times.
* Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
* Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
* Please do your dishes.
* No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
* Please leave the home the way you would leave your own home.
* If the home is left dirtier than normal, you may be charged an extra cleaning fee.
* Please return all keys to the lockbox upon checkout. Lost keys will result in a $100 fee or more.
* Per Zoning Code 33.207.050.A.1, the basement separate living unit is occupied by long-term tenants, meeting Portland’s requirement of a resident living on-site for at least 270 days a year. This is Portland's way of offsetting the housing crisis. The separate basement unit has a private entrance with no shared spaces. The whole house is split into two separate units like a duplex. One long term renter unit and one short term rental Unit.
* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (2 per bedroom) when all 5 bedrooms are rented.
* Please respect the noise curfew. Noise must not exceed legal limits between 10 PM and 7 AM to abide with Portland City Title 18 Noise Control. Devices that cause noise disturbances are prohibited, especially between curfew hours. Noise should not be audible in other dwellings.
* Commercial events (parties, meetings, etc.) are not allowed.
* No commercial photography allowed.
* Please make sure to recycle and dispose of garbage properly in the right containers. If it is found that all items are put in the trash and no recycling was separated, then extra charges may apply. Follow the details below.
*Blue Bin - Recycling - plastic bottles, cans, paper and cardboard. EXCEPT NO Pizza boxes. No plastic garbage bags either.
*Yellow Bin - Glass only
*Gray Bin - Trash - Everything else
*Green Bin - Pizza boxes can go to this bin.
