This property is a lovely Adobe style home with beautifully landscaped yard and a covered patio with a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The inside is clean and lovely New Mexican style as well.The kitchen is well equipped and lookes brand new.The neighborhood is very quiet and picturesque as well.

This stay was ideal for what we were wanting our overall experience to be. Our hosts answered questions promptly and with care. The itself house is beautiful with great spaces inside and out.The home is nestled in a great quiet family neighborhood “cul de sac” street with local farm style fine dining and comfort food local eatery attractions within walking distance.My out of state guest were overwhelmed with the New Mexico comfort and charm that this stay offers, which confirmed the plans I wanted for them to have.I couldn’t be happier with our opportunity and experiences, truly a great choice:)

This home is beautiful, conveniently located, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The space was very comfortable for my family and provided nice outdoor and indoor space to hang out and socialize. The check in was easy and the host was friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. We stay in Albuquerque and would definitely return and highly recommend this for travelers. Food, coffee and downtown Albuquerque is conveniently located and the interstate is right there , so navigating the city is fast and easy.

Everything was perfect, it’s a very comfortable home. Beautiful interior with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of comfortable places to sit. It even has a nice outdoor area to sit in the sun.It is near several restaurants and the walking path that takes you to the nature preserve. The neighborhood is nice as well.

It would be impossible to adequately express how wonderful this house was for our family, but let me say this: This house was beautiful and clean and very well-equipped, yes, but its best feature is how spacious it felt! We loved the two living rooms, the two dining areas, and the extra table and chairs outside on the beautiful garden patio. The skylights and full windows on both the front and back of the house provided so much natural light all day. This house has to be the same size as our own, but it just felt so open and roomy!Its next best feature is its location. This house is in an established (but not old) neighborhood. The surrounding houses are beautiful, and the street is quiet. We didn't hear traffic, even with a little restaurant up the road. Its location placed us near everything we wanted to see during this visit—the Balloon Fiesta, Old Town, the Petroglyph National Monument, and the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (for its delicious house-made fry bread). For us, this house was in a perfect location. It is not next door to a Walmart or a mall, which was entirely fine with us, and we just preordered our groceries ahead of time anyways to pick up on our way from the airport.Our stay was absolutely relaxing and comfortable, and we've already talked about staying here again the next time we visit!

Quiet, safe neighborhood in a nice part of Albuquerque. Spacious home, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of hangers. Kitchen had plenty of cutting boards, skillets, knives, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and even plastic wrap! Two things that deserve special mention: 1. We were able to park inside the garage which made unloading/repacking easier and kept the car cool, 2. The morning temperature was so pleasant that we had breakfast outside under the pergola, and I want to mention it since I don’t recall seeing a photo of this inviting outdoor space. We used this as a base to attend graduation at UNM. It is about 15 minutes away in light traffic. There is a coffee shop and small upscale collection of shops within a walkable distance. We would recommend this to our friends!
