Great property! Chris did a great job of explaining the upstairs entry, spiral stairs or hallway steps to a door upstairs. The stair options worked great!! The location is perfect, great walking distance to Vine street, where there are many restaurant options and shops. The neighborhood was very cool, some townhomes with black rod iron fence gave a very NYC vibe. The stoops were decorated for Halloween. Walking was a big factor for us and the views did not disappoint. Will stay there again!! Chris was incredibly helpful prior to our stay!! Great place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was easy to find, easy to gain access to and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and well stocked.

The place was great! Close to everything, great to have a parking spot in an area where parking is limited. It was very quiet considering it’s within a few blocks from a good nightlife scene. Really like that it was close to the free streetcar to help get around the area. It was clean and a nice layout (As a Bucs fan, I tolerated all the Cincy sports team decor, lol) Spiral staircase took a little getting used to, I wouldn’t recommend for the elderly, but all in all, it was a great place to stay!

When I say Chris’s place is nice, that’s an understatement not to mention the location and the convenience to everything. As soon as you walk in you know it’s going to be a great stay. This is second stay at the property and soon it will be my third.

Came with my wife and 3 children. Great location! Parking was easier than expected. Enough beds for everyone and kids loved playing in the living room. Owner was extremely communicative. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and the bed was especially comfortable. Two bathrooms was a real plus. Host responded promptly to all messages. The location was in a quiet neighborhood just off of all of the stores and restaurants on main street. Short walk to the Connector, we really enjoyed our stay here, the area, our host and the city.

Great stay. Having a free, easily accessible parking space started out the weekend perfectly!! Beautifully decorated and clean!! We love to walk everywhere so the location was perfect. Dining easily walkable(Rosie’s Italian, Sugar and Spice were both delicious). About a mile walk to GABP for the reds game and about a 15 minute walk to Arnoff for The Lion King. Communication was great and directions to enter the unit were very clear. Very comfortable bed. Bathrooms were very clean and nice. Will definitely stay again. IMO there’s not a better place to stay in downtown Cindy!!

Cozy space, great location walkable to everything, the ambient lighting in the kitchen is very welcoming and is the best space in the house, the bedroom upstairs is also very nice especially with the balcony attached, it’s giving treehouse vibes, the offstreet parking is what originally grabbed my attention and is extremely useful, the washer and dryers in the basement and was essential for all the laundry I needed to do, only downside is the harbor freight quality spiral staircase, flimsy, but I’m pretty lean so it was OK for me, for a heavyset person it would be pretty scary, will definitely stay again

This condo is just as pictured and just as described by the host. Read all of his description about the spiral staircase. My husband and I are 65 and 67 and we didn’t have any issues but I know that if some of my friends were along, they would have struggled with the staircase due to mobility issues. This is an awesome place to stay. Very clean and very comfortable with a very comfy bed and plenty of towels for the bathroom. The kitchen is clean and well equipped but to be honest, we never cooked one meal in the 4 nights we were here. There are too many restaurants to pick from! We loved having the dedicated parking spot and we really enjoyed the small balcony. We had coffee in the AM and happy hour at night. Chris is a responsive host.This is our second time to the OTR neighborhood and we would most definitely stay at Chris’s condo again. The location is great!
