Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 4 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Parking Instructions

• The driveway is available to accommodate up to 5 vehicles comfortably with proper rearranging.

• Additional Guests Parking can be found in the overflow areas, around the lake and to the left side of the clubhouse, these are first-come-first-serve.

• The clubhouse parking (in front of the clubhouse) is available throughout the day, but keep in mind overnight parking at the clubhouse is not allowed.

• If a vehicle is parked on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass it will be at high risk of being towed. All expenses incurred by improper parking will be the responsibility of the guest.

Just a few minutes away, you'll find everything you need—Publix, Walmart, Target, restaurants, and local shops. The Loop shopping centre is nearby too, with great stores and a movie theatre. You're also within easy reach of Disney, Universal Studios, and other top Orlando attractions.

Getting Around:

Most guests find it easiest to get around by car. The home has space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and everything from theme parks to grocery stores is just a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a convenient option if you prefer not to drive. Public transport is limited in this area, so a car or rideshare is the best choice. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 17 miles away by car.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that the ping pong table is currently out of order. We apologise for the inconvenience.

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/ night per service or $79/ night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a Grill? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

Sonoma Resort Policies – Please see below the resort's check-in and check-out policy:

Check-In: Guests must arrive at their scheduled check-in time once the home is ready. Early arrivals are not allowed, and guests cannot enter the property or use amenities before check-in.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please don’t smoke inside nor outside the unit or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

5. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

6. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

7. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
