This Spacious Pool Home has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Home features 6 Queen-size beds with high quality memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep in 3 of the bed rooms. 1 King size bed in the master beds with high quality memory foam mattress.

New Smart TV`s in all 4 bedrooms. Large parking lot with 3 car detach garage. Right across the street from the palmetto fair grounds.

Each room comes stocked with fresh towels, washcloths, and linens.

Kitchen – Our spacious, fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, plenty of storage, a coffee maker, dishes, and all essential cookware—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.

Living Room – Bright and welcoming, the living area has large windows that let in abundant natural light, a comfortable couch that converts into a bed for 2 guests, and a TV for entertainment. Its open layout creates the perfect space to relax, socialize, or accommodate extra sleeping arrangements after a day of exploring Bradenton.

Bathrooms – Updated master bath, 1 Updated shared bath & 1 Pool bath and shower.

All the updated bathrooms offer a fresh, stylish space to start your morning or wind down in the evening.

Laundry – includes updated large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our space is designed to be aesthetically pleasing, uncluttered, and relaxing—the perfect retreat where you’ll feel right at home.

You will have access to the unit, the private lanai enclosed pool, backyard.

If booking longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be applied after 30 days in order to maintain cleanliness.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside of the premises. Please do not bring ashes, buds or cigarette residue inside of the home. (This includes smoking in the garage)
