The Property
Step into your Spanish-style beachfront retreat, located within a 3-minute walk to the famous Los Muertos beach in the heart of the Zona Romantica. This condominium offers the perfect blend of authentic charm and modern luxury. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you’ll have the space to stretch out but still have privacy. Located on the 2nd-floor (with elevator), you’ll be treated to stunning beachfront sunset views from the patio or roof top.

Living & Dining:

• Second Bedroom: Can be arranged with two single beds or converted into a king bed upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condominium for the duration of their stay. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone to answer any questions and ensure you have a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Your arrival is made easy with 24-hour reception and security. For immediate needs, check-in, and key services, the building's friendly 24-hour reception and security staff are always there to assist you.
You also have full access to the building's shared amenities, including:
• A stunning rooftop terrace with a pristine swimming pool and lounge area, perfect for watching the sunset over Los Muertos Pier.
• Shared grill available on the roof (please ask the front desk for access)
• Shared laundry facilities available on the roof (please ask the front desk for access).
• For your perfect day on the beach, we provide complimentary beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella.

Other Details to Note
• Guest Registration: For security purposes, the full name of ALL guests (including children) must be provided prior to your arrival for registration with the building. You will receive a registration confirmation, which is required to obtain your keys from the front desk.

• Key Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of $200 MXN pesos or $10 USD is required at check-in to receive your keys. This will be returned to you upon their successful return at checkout.
