Welcome to your comfortable home-away-from-home! This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath rancher is perfectly set up for families. It features sleeping arrangements including a king, queen, and a full bed, along with two full bathrooms (one ensuite). You`ll enjoy a large, spacious living room and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen complete with a coffee bar and modern appliances. Outside, relax on the deck or let the kids play safely in the secure, fenced yard. Full laundry is included for your convenience.

Security Deposit
A $250 security hold will be placed on your card during your stay. Don’t worry — this isn’t a charge, just a temporary hold for security purposes. It will be automatically released within 5 days after checkout, as long as there are no damages or missing items at the property. Please note that your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the release.

Please note: A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will apply to all payments. This helps cover the cost of secure payment processing.
House rules

Pet Policy:
Please be advised that we do not allow pets on the premises. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $100. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our no-pet policy.


Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Should any evidence of cigarette or marijuana use be found after your departure, a fee of $250 will be charged.


Damage Policy:
Any actions by guests or their invitees that result in damage to the property or its contents—whether intentional or due to negligence—will permit the host or owner to deduct the associated costs from the security deposit. This includes expenses related to restoring the property or replacing items as necessary.


Laundry Supplies:
Please note that we do not provide laundry supplies.


Guest Policy:
Unauthorized guests are not permitted and will be considered trespassing. A fee of $250 will be charged for unregistered guests or if the maximum occupancy is exceeded. Additionally, parties, events, or gatherings are forbidden. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Kindly ensure that your guest count is accurate and inform us of any changes.
