I read the property details and reviewed the pictures numerous times. I asked many questions both before and after booking. Nowhere did it mention stairs. Huge problem. Huge. The only way to access the unit was by climbing a steep set of MANY stairs. I called the desk immediately and told them the issue. They put me on hold then came back and said no other units were available. Basically, I was SOL.I asked again what I could do and if there was a different way to get to the unit. They finally allowed me to go to the next set of units and unload my car there and then walk down a pathway to my unit. Fine. Could I leave my car parked it that lot? NO. My husband had to drop me off and go back down the hill and climb the stairs EVERY TIME we left to go somewhere. There was actually plenty of parking, but we were not allowed to park there. Finally get to our unit after dealing with all that mess only to find out that BOTH bedrooms were UPSTAIRS! Two flights, to be exact. I had to sleep alone on the couch. Absolutely unacceptable, but I didn't complain about anything else because we were with family and had 3 units booked. They need to update this listing immediately and make it abundantly clear that anyone with mobility issues should not book here. I'm truly baffled that there was no warning whatsoever. Every communication I had with the host seemed to be AI generated, partial responses. Some of the times I had to ask the same question multiple times.
