The open floor plan boasts dining and living areas with large ceiling fans and a full service kitchen with gas range, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker & toaster, new, custom-made cabinets holding an array of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices and more, to facilitate cooking. Enjoy internet, WI-FI, cable, "smart" TV, and a very private balcony with BBQ & furniture all overlooking your Panorama View. The master suite boasts a quiet A/C, a queen size, Tempurpedic, bed; en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk in glass enclosed shower, separate commode room for privacy, built in full capacity washer and dryer and a safe for your valuables storage.
To top it off, HAPPY PLACE, in 2019 invested in the "TESLA POWERWALL" Solar System, creating clean, renewable, power from the sun, which virtually eliminates the frustration of the island's common power outages. This alternative to fossil fuels benefits our environment, lessening our carbon footprint by reducing greenhouse gases.

We will contact you before your travel to coordinate a meeting upon your arrival. We can help with your rental car if needed Lead you to the house and give you an indoctrination at Happy Place. We are always available should any problem arise during your stay.

HAPPY PLACE IS Less than a mile from Cruz Bay where you can catch ferries to other islands, enjoy some great restaurants and bars, markets for food and necessities shopping, mail services, nail salons, coffee and cappuccino stand, and more. Other beaches and restaurants on the island are convenient as well since St. John is only about 13 miles long.

We recommend renting a car for your entire stay on St. John. The island is two-thirds national park. There are 35 beaches, countless trails and vistas to explore. The public transportation being very limited, your visit to paradise will be greatly enhanced with the freedom to explore our beautiful island, that is afforded by having your own car. Public parking is free throughout the island and at sites in the park. In Cruz Bay, free parking and ample pay parking, at a nominal rate, is always available.
