1. No smoking/vaping - Violation Fee $350.00
2. No pets - Violation Fee $500.00
3. No parties.
4. Only guests who are on the reservation can stay in the unit.

Other things to note:

1. We provide 1 key fob with our unit.
* Each additional key fob will be $50.00
* The fee for a key fob that is lost/damaged will be $100

2. We provide 1 laundry card, which you are responsible to fill.
* The fee for a laundry card that is lost/damaged will be $5.00
* Laundry room is conveniently located down the hall by the elevators.
* Laundry card can be filled on the lobby level by the main elevators.

3. We provide 1 complimentary valet tag ( for 1 vehicle only )
* The fee for a lost/damaged valet tag will be $100
* You will have to pay for any extra vehicles.

4. Broken Items will be charged upon assessment. Please let us know if something is broken, so that we can make sure to replace it for our next guests.

5. Trash - Please take out the trash every day! The trash chute is located down the hall by the elevators. This will ensure that the unit stays clean, and bug free!

6. Preserve Energy - We would appreciate if you could turn off all the lights / Air conditioning when you leave the unit each day!
