Lounge beneath the iconic pink umbrellas with a chilled drink in hand or gather around the firepit as the sun dips behind the San Jacintos. Every inch of the outdoor space is designed for connection, morning dips, golden-hour chats, and starlit soaks alike.

The pool is unfenced and accessible from all interior doors, inviting that signature indoor-outdoor flow Palm Springs is known for.

Some Like it Hot

• Pool heating is optional and charged separately ($150/day Oct–May; $100/day June–Sept). This fee is not included in booking rates.)

• Spa heating is included in your stay, and depending on the weather can take 15-30 minutes to heat once turned on.

• Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival

• While the spa is in use, the pool temporarily pauses heating and resumes automatically afterward.

• Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats and toys; none are provided

Power Up & Go | EV Charging for the Modern Traveler

For guests arriving in style and sustainability, The Adler provides an electric vehicle charging outlet on site.

Please bring your own cable, as cords are not supplied. Plug in overnight and wake up fully charged for your next desert adventure.

A Note on Etiquette | House Rules & Policies

While The Adler invites laughter, lounging, and poolside glamour, it is not a party house. Respectful guests ensure everyone—neighbors included—enjoys the quiet charm of Racquet Club Estates.

Noise & Music

• No outdoor music at any time (including Bluetooth speakers and phones)

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM

• Violations may result in a $250 City fine, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of rental payment

To maintain neighborhood peace, monitored noise sensors are installed indoors and outdoors. They measure decibel levels only, never audio, and do not record.

Guest Limits & Age Requirement

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

No unregistered visitors at any time

Primary renter must be 25 or older

Absolutely Not Allowed

No pets (we adore them, but The Adler’s design and finishes do not).

No parties or large gatherings.

No smoking anywhere on the property (a $1,000 fee applies for violations).

No decor attachments (signs, balloons, tape, etc.).

No clowns, mimes, or strippers. Yes, really.



Lights, Camera, Courtesy | Content Creation & Filming

Personal photography and social media sharing are welcome, but commercial shoots require prior written approval. Protect the vibe, protect the house, and keep it fabulous.



Graceful Goodbyes | Check-Out & Late Departures

Departures should be as graceful as arrivals.

Check-out is by 11 AM unless otherwise approved in advance.

• Approved late check-outs may incur a fee up to half the daily lodging rate.

• Non-approved late check-outs are charged two times the daily high-season rate plus taxes, as well as any costs incurred to relocate arriving guests.

Charges are applied at the owner’s discretion.





Peace of Mind | Safety, Damages & Liability

Guests assume responsibility for personal safety and belongings during their stay. The owners are not liable for accidents, illness, or loss.

Excessive damage or rule violations may result in deposit forfeiture and additional charges.

The home may not be used for any unlawful activity.



City & Guest Requirements | Palm Springs Vacation Rental Compliance

The City of Palm Springs requires all registered guests to provide:

• Full name, age, and address

• A copy of a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking

• A direct phone number for contact during the stay
