★ You'll have access to the entire home. Please note that we use the home personally when not rented - please respect personal items that my be stored in closet, drawers, etc. No access to the owner's fridge located in the garage.
★ Trash is picked up from inside of the garage on Wednesdays.
★ The driveway is shared with the neighbor. One space available on the driveway.
★ For the private heated garage (2 spaces), you must provide your email address and download the MyQ app so that we can grant access.
★ There is an exterior camera that faces the driveway
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
★ A 4-wheel drive vehicle is a must for fall, winter and spring. The only season when 4WD is not required is the summer (mid-May through early October).
★ Stairs are required for entry and full interior access
★ The maximum occupancy for the property is firmly set at 10 per the HOA
★The property does not offer A/C
★ Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
