Guests have full access to the property and all of its amenities. Large private parking area. The home and tiny home sit on a spacious .80 acre lot offering 40 feet of private lakefront and a large front yard to enjoy.
Raven Cove is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly community, so we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful setting. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. We’re happy to welcome up to three dogs with a $100 pet fee per pet. No smoking/vaping inside the Main House and Tiny House.

Please note that there are ring cameras on the exterior of the main house (front, side and back of main house and front and side of and tiny house). The hot tub location is blocked out and there are no interior cameras.

Events
While we don’t allow large events, we welcome small gatherings or events (such as intimate dinners, celebrations, or retreats) with prior approval and an additional signed rental agreement.

- Event fee: Varies by event, please inquire.
- Requirements: Advance notice and written approval are required. Please share details about your event when booking (type, number of guests, hours, etc.).
- Noise and neighbor policy: Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10PM. No amplified music outdoors.
- Unauthorized events or exceeding the approved guest limit will result in additional charges.
