Thanks to its position, you can easily reach the center as well as the ski slopes of Les 3 Vallées. Indoors

This chalet offers generous, comfortable and carefully decorated spaces. Here, Alpine style has been superbly combined with contemporary style.
The property is spread over 3 levels.
On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance hall, a ski room, a laundry room, a guest toilet and the first two bedrooms (a double and the dormitory).
The 1st floor comprises the spacious living room (with equipped kitchen, sitting area, fireplace and dining area). This level also offers 2 balconies and a small corner terrace.
Finally, on the 2nd floor you'll find the chalet's 5 other bedrooms (including the master bedroom).
What's more, a games room completes the après-ski fun, offering billiards, table football, pinball and arcade games, as well as a corner for gamers and film buffs with a giant screen and a collection of 500 films.


Outdoors​

Make the most of the nicely furnished terrace, complete with table and electrically heated parasol (300W). A new relaxation area welcomes you with a steam room and sauna, its own shower and daybed, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi for the ultimate in relaxation.
Private on-site parking is also available, offering two parking spaces along the chalet, as well as an electric vehicle charging station installed on the side of the chalet.


Staff & Services

The price includes beds and household linen, final cleaning and wood for the fireplace.
The chalet also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional linen replacement, or additional cleaning service.


Location

The chalet is located just outside the village of St Martin de Belleville, which is linked to the huge 3 Vallées ski area.
Saint-Martin-de-Belleville is an Alpine village situated at an altitude of 1400m (2400m at its highest point). You'll benefit from quality snow cover throughout the ski season (guaranteed thanks to its snow cannons, if needed).
You'll be a 20-minute drive from Moutiers train station, 1 hour from Chambery and 1h30 from Geneva airport.
You'll have easy access to the slopes and shops. In fact, it's just a 4-minute walk (or 2 minutes by car).
