Parking & Access Details:

• You may park inside the private gate of the backyard or just outside the gate in the rear cul-de-sac, whichever you prefer.
• Both areas are private, secure, and reserved exclusively for House of Design Rentals guests.

Accessing the Home:

• After parking, walk through the rear gate to the back patio door.
• Enter your keypad access code using the keypad located on the right side of the patio door when facing the home.
• The property is well-lit front, back, and sides for safe evening arrivals — we always leave a light on for you!

You have smart lock self-access at both front and rear doors for a seamless, contactless check-in experience. The same smart code works on both doors. A parking map will be provided before arrival for easy navigation.

Other things to note
Housekeeping Service – Mid-stay cleanings or daily refreshes are available for an added fee upon request to keep your space pristine. Please provide 24 - 48 hours notice and we can arrange mid-stay cleaning.

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOUR STAY:

ARRIVAL:
You’ll access the home from the back, via a short gravel road off Atlanta Street (right beside the Food Mart). The road has larger stones but is smooth and safe for most vehicles. Please drive slowly and follow the directions provided in your check-in guide to locate the correct turn. If your vehicle isn’t suited for gravel, just let us know and we’ll arrange an alternate parking option for you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This luxury home is located right in the heart of Atlanta, a vibrant area with an authentic city feel. The neighborhood has a raw, urban energy, and as you drive in you may notice typical city elements that you'll see in any major downtown city, like graffiti art, minor construction, historical homes, and the natural character that comes with being in the middle of it all. You’ll also see residents enjoying the outdoors as part of everyday neighborhood life.

The city is currently investing in major improvements ahead of the upcoming World Cup, so you may notice some lite construction or updates nearby as part of these revitalization efforts.

Once inside, guests often say they feel instantly transported to a peaceful and private escape. The home is safe and secure, with exterior cameras for peace of mind and the Grant Park police precinct just 1.2 miles away.

ACORN SEASON:
There’s a large, majestic oak tree on the property that provides plenty of shade... and a steady supply of tiny acorns. You might hear a few gentle taps here and there, and we like to think of it as nature’s soundtrack.

For fun, we invite guests (especially kids!) to collect a few acorns during their stay and leave them in the basket by the back door. Every month we donate them to a local wildlife rescue for squirrel feeding!

RETRO GAMING:
The Retro Game Room includes a PlayStation 4 with several disc games ready to play. You’re also welcome to sign in with your own PlayStation account to access your digital games and preferences. Please remember to sign out of your account before you leave, as we’re not responsible for any personal data or purchases made while signed in.

NOISE MONITORS:
There are noise decibel monitors at the property to help monitor noise levels and ensure there are no major disturbances. The monitors cannot hear conversations, only sound levels.
