This 3-bedroom camper (1 Bedroom, 2 Bunks, and a Sleeper Sofa) situated on 9 acres along the Kettle River is perfect for your escape to nature. Nestled in a serene setting, this marvelous property offers Heating and AC to keep you comfortable, this cozy retreat is the ideal spot for guests looking to unwind and connect with the great outdoors. Septic, electricity, running water, make for a comfortable yet RUSTIC vacation spot for anyone looking to get away from the hustle of everyday life.

Thers is NO WIFI. This is not glamping, don't expect to have service either if you're looking for that this is NOT for you. We cannot control that there is no service in the area just like we CANNOT control the depths of the river month to month.

Located just west of Moose Lake and Sturgeon Lake, this area is called the "Agate Capital of the World" and offers excellent fishing for all fisherman from novice to experienced (Sturgeon and Moose Lake are just close by). The area is teaming with wildlife such as: White-Tailed Deer (hunting offered on property), Moose, Beaver, Mink, River Otter, Porcupine, Marten, Badger, Squirrel, Muskrat, Timber Wolf, Fox, Bald Eagle, Loon, Hare, and the occasional Cougar.

The "Back 9" property offers a landing for tenting along the river, yard games, two (2) fire pits, 2 screened in tents, and picnic table for you to enjoy.

Great spot to get away! The woods are beautiful. The creek River was low when we were there but it was still pretty lots of cool rocks.

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for! Nice, peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. Camper was exactly as described and our pup loved it and the space to run. Barbara was an excellent communicator and quick to respond to our questions leading up to our stay. We will definitely be back to unplug from the hustle and bustle again!

Cool property but that’s about it. It’s very uncomfortable to the point I was booked for two nights but ended up leaving after one. No WiFi and a tv with a dvd player that doesn’t work makes it a little boring when night hits. Also, those river pictures are of the kettle river and not located on this property. There is a creek way back that is beautiful, I believe it’s one of the pictures listed. If you want to get off the grid entirely, this place would work. Also no cellphone signal within a mile lol. Enjoy at your own risk

Great camper in an easy to find spot. Easy access from car to camper. Quick walk down to the river on the back of the property. A/c worked great, yard games available, No cell or WiF- so phones did not work at all-which was just fine for most of us but one teenager was devastated. Nice to be able to bring our dog with us.

It's a wonderful place to bring the family. Especially if you have never been camping with children. There is the camper and also more space for tents if you want more space. To get to the river there is a cleared path that opens to a place to camp as well! You get the disconnection we all need with the ability to go to Moose Lake, Duluth and even better we found a place to stay when we visit family. Highly recommend family get away, alone or couple. Make sure you are prepared for deep wood ticks which was expected. Love it here!

Great place to stay! I could tell there was a lot of thought put in to making this place accommodating with clear labels describing where to find things. The camper was plenty room for the two of us and our dog, but we’d definitely have enough space to bring the kids next time. We enjoyed the short walk to the river, the plants and solar lights around the main sitting area, and the ease of finding firewood to burn. This place was really quiet and it was much appreciated for sleeping!

The listing may be misleading to those who have never been in a camper, as it says "3 Bedroom". Clarification: there is one bedroom with a short queen bed, a set of bunks in the main area with a curtain, and couch and dinette that can be used for more sleeping space. This is a wonderful space to "camp" effortlessly. Just grab your food and go. We had a wedding nearby and didn't want to haul our own camper just to sleep in for a couple days. The yard was super cute. The area is heavily wooded and there is a beautiful 200 step trail to a river (stream at the moment). There are no other walking trails. The bedding/towels are nice and clean, and the kitchen is stocked with the basics.As stated in the description, there is no wi-fi. Also, the cell service is almost non-existant (even Verizon), We left one teen home alone and couldn't watch the storm radar (scary!) Bring books and games in case of rain. Game selection is minimal and you won't be watching movies due to the lack of wi-fi, cell service, and a working movie player. Don't plan to shower unless you are very short and don't mind cold water. The shower head doesn't reach the hook and the quick shut off switch causes water it to spray out of the hose rather than the shower head. Camper water heaters are very small and a shower without a shut off switch turns very cold very quickly. Finally, the sewer smell upon flushing the toilet is horrible. Just be ready to flush and run.

Property was beautiful. We were never able to have hot water; was told by host via phone calls that water heater was auto pilot but after many attempts still no hot water. We were unable to light the stove. Followed instructions by phone calls and written instructions at site. We had no way of preparing food we brought. The charcoal supply for grill had gotten damp so was unusable. To say the least it was a struggle to stay the two days. Won’t recommend.
