Villa Bono

Villa Bono is a stunning contemporary style house positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar bay. This beautiful 5/6 bedroom, 5/6 bathroom house enjoys breath-taking views across the bay to the islands. The villa is approximately a 20 minute walk from the center of town and just a 5 minute downhill walk to the sea and the nearest beach club.

At ground level there is a gated entrance with traditional pebble mosaic flooring. There is also a large garage for off road parking.

A flight of stairs takes you up to a self contained apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sun terrace with beautiful views across the bay. Apartment sleeps 2 (the self contained apartment is the 6th bedroom). On this level there is also a large gym fully equipped with exercise machines. Another flight of steps takes you up to the main house. On this floor is a large airy and individual style living room area with fully fitted contemporary kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine and dryer and wc.

From the living room area, wide sliding doors open onto a shaded outside dining area with the pool and sun terrace beyond. The pool terrace is split level with the lower area having a smaller pool and shaded gazebo with comfy seating. On the living room floor there is also a twin bedroom with large ensuite shower room. The bedroom has large doors opening onto the pool terrace and enjoys beautiful sea views.

Upstairs you will find two beautiful large double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, one with additional free standing bath. These bedrooms open onto the upper veranda with its breathtaking view of the islands. On this floor there is also a third large bedroom with ensuite. This bedroom has a small double and single bed and balcony.

On the top floor you will find another beautiful double bedroom with a stunning private roof terrace and Jacuzzi tub.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with Internet TV (all UK, European & US channels including skysports), DVD player, large flat screen, wifi, ipod docking station and security CCTV system.
