Ocean Reef #807 is situated directly on one of The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches' and is unlike other condos in Panama City Beach. Ocean Reef features 320 feet of fine sandy beach frontage and we are not located next to other high-rise condos.

Free beach chairs including 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella are setup for you each day of your stay (Seasonally March 1st to October 31st).

Walk on into this condo and you will be amazed at the fresh, bright, new colors and you'll feel right at home! Our kitchen is equipped with gourmet amenities including a dual coffee machine for your morning coffee with Pods or make a whole pot if you prefer. Getting in late? No worries, there'll be a couple of pods to get you through the next morning while sitting on the spacious balcony and listening to the waves come crashing in. The kitchen is also equipped with pots/pans and utensils for preparing your own meals if you so choose.

The 10’ x 28’ Balcony is one of the most perfect places to sit back and relax and is nothing short of Spectacular. It's outfitted with table and chairs for a beautiful sunset dinner, outdoor couch cushions to lay on to read a book and 2 deep seating chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise. It's the most absolute perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee and to end it while the waves lull you to sleep. You might even get to see the dolphins out playing!

The living room has been upgraded with a smart flat screen TV equipped featuring YouTube TV and plenty of sitting options. The dining area is equipped with counter height table/chairs so you can enjoy the view of the water while you eat!

Relax in the master bedroom which is custom painted and equipped with a king size bed featuring Pottery Barn bedding, luxury thread count sheets, comfortable mattress, 43" flat screen TV, private bathroom with double sink, shower/tub, and access to the balcony where you have a BEAUTIFUL full view of the Gulf. Have a little one and need a play pen? You can find that in the closet!

The second bedroom features custom paint, plush bedding for a king size bed, luxury thread count sheets, very comfortable mattress, full size dresser, flat screen TV with YouTube TV, and has access to the guest bathroom.

We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid hand soap at each bathroom sink and Dawn dish soap at the kitchen sink. Eight bath towels, 8 wash cloths, and an individually wrapped Scotch Brite sponge are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. All you need is food, beach towels and sunscreen!

The location of this condo couldn’t be in a better place! Go-Carts & Mini Golf across the street, a 10-minute drive away from the newly built Pier Park where you'll find a unique shopping area, The new Sky Wheel, restaurants such as Margaritaville, Southern Theatre’s Grand Theatre which contains 16 movie screens, beautiful landscaped walking paths and home of many festivals and summer concerts.

Ocean Reef is also within a few miles of Wal-Mart SuperCenter, drug stores, golf courses, a water park (Shipwreck Island), Fun Land, and more! Convenient to airport and less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
