Second Bedrooms – Both floors also feature a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, plush bedding, Roku smart TV, and ensuite bathroom access.

Sleeper sofa in living room fits additional guests, perfect for a large group.

The home features two fully equipped kitchens, each with stainless steel appliances, gas stoves, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. With private parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and two full floors of beautifully designed living space, this home is perfect for families, couples, groups of friends, or anyone looking for the ultimate Savannah experience.

We provide a starter pack of K-cups, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper for your convenience.

Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking.

The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, per dog, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.
