Super clean with a faint odor of moth balls like grandma’s attic!! View is amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony for 2 and watch the ocean waves & dolphin! Beach is super easy to get to and not crowded at all!Bed is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I left exhausted with a backache! The bed also sinks so needs upgrading! Other than Peg Leg Pete’s everything else to do is a short drive but took us an hour to go 2 miles due to traffic. Overall a good stay!

We stayed for a week... loved the location... especially chose it because across street from Peg leg Pete's which is one of our faves. Also love Flounders.Decor is pretty and comfortable and view is Perfection!... great balcony.Definitely recommend and will stay again.

We had a nice stay here 2/23 - 3/1/25. This is a large 1 bedroom condo. Check in was easy, the place was clean, overall we were very happy. There was one problem, but it was quickly taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

The Gulf view was beautiful. We watched the sunset from the beach several nights. The condo was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. We ate at Peg Leg Pete’s a few times. So convenient to just walk across the street for dinner.

Quite getaway

This place was very clean and in great condition. The location on the beach, closer to the Fort Pickens area was very subdued and enjoyable without a lot of people on top of you. We will be going back and looking for this property or at least the management.

This condo is in a great location, the beach and view from balcony is great. The place itself could use some updating and don’t feel the exceptional rating is correct. It could be cleaner and there was not enough hot water in the shower, started hot then turned lukewarm. Also, the inconvenience of no laundry in condo a minus, especially being on a beach with wet towels, bathing suits etc. Advise checking if construction going at building before booking too, as we were unable to use our balcony because of concrete work with jackhammering. We were made aware of some concrete work but not to the extent that it would interfere with our enjoyment of the property.

Great location, horrible mattress, sketchy elevators

Beautiful views and great location but mattress was horrible. Also, the elevators are pretty sketchy and the sliding door for the balcony was hard to open and close, didn’t want to get stuck out on the balcony.

I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind you. The lock to the balcony wasn’t working which wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have toddler. I called maintenance who was able to fix the lock but not the hot water heater. So I am not sure if these issues are more related to the property management team, but I think everything should be checked prior to guests

On the Gulf of America -steps to the beautiful white sand. SS204

The bed was comfortable but the bedroom was right by the AC unit in a closet. Very loud. Toilet intermittently running. Not enough hot water in shower.

Kitchen could use some upgrades..only 4 coffee mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses. The condo was very nice and the beds were comfortable! The patio is not at all private...all guests can see one another from one patio to the next. That was our biggest complaint.

Good with some minor issues

Was not informed about indoor parking availability Umbrella rental issue: we were at lunch, storm arrived, bag with beach towels and shirt vanished

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the lack of indoor parking. Those spaces are individually owned, so we only advertise covered parking for those units that do own a spot. We are so sorry to hear that your items went missing when your beach rental items were picked up! Please contact whichever company you rented from, hopefully they are willing to ship your items to you.

Gate was never closed and I didn’t feel as safe. My unit was the only one without covered parking and I was not told in advance. Some type of animal was living in the ceiling running around and making strange noises throughout the night. First two nights I thought was adjacent tenants or above tenant but decided not so by last night was too late to report

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay with us. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the gate, that is handled by the HOA. We are at their mercy for getting that fixed, and they are at the mercy of the vendor as to how quickly that can be accomplished. We do not advertise this unit as having covered parking, we apologize if you were disappointed. We did report the noises coming from the ceiling to the HOA and request a visit from their pest control team as soon as we were notified.
