The Space:

Welcome to Astoria Place, an elegant two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria, fully renovated with modern finishes and thoughtful design. This residence features a bright living room, a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and a dining area that seats six, creating a balanced layout for both comfort and functionality.



Both bedrooms are generously sized with open views, offering natural light and a sense of calm throughout the home. The windowed bathroom has been newly updated, while mini split A/C and heating units in every room ensure year-round comfort. Situated on a quiet street just one block from the M and R trains, this residence provides the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, with easy access to Astoria’s dining, shops, and cultural attractions.



The Neighborhood:

Astoria is a vibrant Queens neighborhood known for its diverse dining scene, cultural attractions, and laid-back charm. Visitors can explore the Museum of the Moving Image, stroll through Astoria Park with its sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, or catch a show at the historic Kaufman Astoria Studios. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $175 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.



Guests need to remove their shoes before entering the property.



The property does not include washer and dryer.



Parking Details: Guests can park their vehicle at the driveway.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
