Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per night.

Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
❌ No more than the registered amount of guests are allowed in the home at any time
❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
