• Long-Term Stays: Reservations of 25 days or more require a professional mid-stay cleaning every two weeks ($140 per cleaning).
• House Guidelines: No smoking, no pets, and no excessive noise -- violations may result in fines of up to $500 per incident. A $150 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys.
