Coastal Beach Retreat - Dog Friendly

Welcome to Your Coastal Retreat in Indian Beach! (less than 5-minute walk to the beach - west of Jamaica Beach and only 12 miles from Galveston) Escape to our beautiful home that offers views of both the beach and bay from the multiple decks! This idyllic getaway is perfect for families or friends looking to create unforgettable memories together.

Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 8 adults (18+) maximum - up to 10 total guests when including children.

We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 6 (regardless of age) and applies to the entire reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.

Exceeding the property maximum will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 12 including children.

Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 50lbs each - NO exceptions - $70 non-refundable pet fee (plus platform fee and tax). We ask that pets stay off all furniture (or use and wash the blankets provided), are cleaned up after and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets. Guest responsible for any costs incurred due to damage or excessive cleaning requirement. Eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.

An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

Spacious Yard: Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with a large yard equipped with cornhole, volleyball, soccer goals and a variety of yard toys - perfect for family fun and games. Living Room: Relax in the living room adorned with modern coastal décor and flooded with natural light. With ample seating, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa sleeper, it’s the perfect spot for movie nights or family gatherings.

Bedrooms - Sleeping Spaces
Bedroom 1: Retreat to the king bedroom featuring luxurious linens, a cozy seating area, and private access to the outdoor deck. Enjoy peaceful nights with a noise machine and unwind with your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Welcome to the "Kids’ Paradise!" This playful room is designed with two sets of twin bunks, a noise machine, Smart TV for entertainment, and a charming window seat for relaxing. Toys are provided to keep the little ones entertained, making it the perfect beach-themed sanctuary.

Bedroom 3: This king bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, a cozy seating area and private access to the outdoor deck with ocean views. A Smart TV for entertainment, and noise machine ensures a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready for the day.

Sleeping Space 4: spacious living room has a queen sofa bed.

Two bathrooms are available, each with showers and a tub downstairs. We provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience, along with a blow dryer, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.

Laundry Room:
A laundry room is equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, making it easy to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh and ready for beach adventures.

Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside to a large yard ideal for family activities. Relax in the hammock with a good book or fire up the barbecue pit for a delightful evening cookout on the picnic bench and patio furniture. The outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and fun, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Beach Access:
Take a leisurely walk to the beach, where beach toys are provided for your stay to ensure endless fun in the sun. Build sandcastles, splash in the waves, or simply soak up the sun!

Parking:
Ample private parking for 4-6 vehicles, depending on size, is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily come and go throughout your stay. Access: You’ll have complete access to the entire house (with the exception of the housekeeping closet and garage), making it your home away from home. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of our coastal retreat, perfect for creating lasting family memories.
