The open-concept space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with streaming capability, and WiFi for your convenience. Step outside to your private deck or relax in the shared garden patio with a gas grill. Beach essentials such as chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are also provided. Additional conveniences include a coin-operated laundry on-site. Please note there is no A/C, but fans and heaters are provided for comfort year-round. There is no designated parking space, though street parking may be available (not guaranteed, especially in summer; please observe street sweeping 8–10 am). Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am, and no smoking or pets are allowed.
