This home features a recent and immaculate full renovation. Upon entering, a bright and open-concept main room will greet you. Spend fun evenings with your friends watching your favorite series on the 75” smart TV with streaming capabilities in the living area. There is also a 65” TV in the main suite as well as an additional smart TV in the guest suite. All TVs have access to Netflix, Amazon TV, YouTube TV (for live TV), HBO, and more. Show off your grilling skills and treat everyone to delicious steaks, patties, and veggies using the propane grill available on the shady deck. Traveling during the warmer months? Then make sure to pack your newest swimming suit and visit the community pool for a refreshing time! La Jolla Shores Beach is approximately one and a half miles in case you would like to change the scenery. The immaculate open kitchen has been recently renovated and offers modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a mini-fridge. A private washer/dryer adds endless convenience to your trip.

You'll love being less than one mile from La Jolla Shores Beach, blocks to restaurants and shops, and a five-minute drive to the sites and sounds of La Jolla Cove. You will be a 11-mile drive to San Diego International Airport as well as a short drive to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Little Italy, The Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Mission Bay and so much more. Very nice & comfortable stay!

My family with 3 small children, and my sister with her family that has one infant all stayed in the home comfortably! This specific apartment was done very nicely and had everything we needed. I do wish the listing would have included there is a pack and play you can use, that way I wouldn’t have had to pack ours. My only complaint is the parking situation. We lucked out a few times and found parking nearby but if the parking garage had been functional, I would rate this specific stay a five star.

Great stay!

Great location between beaches and shopping/restaurants, parking underground, and awesome things in the apartment itself for kids, including lots of games and even magnetiles. All the beach supplies (cooler, chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, towels, toys!) were there to use, making our beach days a breeze! Quiet building, we hardly heard anyone. Would recommend!

Nice house but horrible situation

The listing said parking garage for up to 2 guests. The parking garage was condemned. We had to drive around for up for 45 min sometimes looking for a spot on the busy road.

Cozy and modern

The property is newly updated and clean, however there were ants. This was highly unexpected as it looked newly updated. There were ants everywhere and we ended up having to spray them ourselves and cleaning them off the floors and counters ourselves.

Perfect for our family with 4 kids

This property was even better than expected. Everyone had their own bed, it was roomy enough for all six of us to hang out without feeling cramped. TVs in every room so when we all just needed a little down time we could separate and veg. The washer/ dryer worked great and there was a nice bottle of detergent for us to use. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The house was pristine. Everything was so clean. The only surprise was that the "private" hot tub is part of the club pool, not private to the unit. The pool was great, we had it to ourselves whenever we were there. The walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. And boy did we love laJolla shores. This was a fantastic vacation for our family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially to families with a bunch of kids because it's so hard to find a vrbo that sleeps this many people.

Great spot

Loved the location in LaJolla. Garage was good for easy access. We arrived late at night and did not have good directions to the exact condo. There was not great lighting to point out the number. Some more detailed information about the location would be helpful. Upon entering, there was a very musty smell. We immediately opened up the windows and kept them open during our stay. The smell did improve a little bit, but thought it should be noted. The ceiling fan in the bunk room did not work and I reached out to property manager but did not receive any solution. The condo could use more wash cloths. The condo was decorated great, the space was great & clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a nicely renovated property in a great location. Very nice decor and amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us. My one complaint is not y about the property but the management company. Although listed on VRBO this property is managed by VACASA. After receiving confirmation that my reservation was booked and my credit was charged they sent me a notification that the property did not have AC. This detail is not disclosed in the property listing. VACASA did not acknowledge my concern but made it very clear I would not receive a refund if I cancelled my reservation. The person I spoke to was not only unhelpful but extremely unprofessional. Upon our arrival we discovered that the WI-FI code was not working. I sent messages and made 2 calls. They did acknowledge the problem but never fixed it nor did they got back with me. I would encourage anyone choosing to book with VASA to look up the numerous complaints on the BBB website. The property is great and I would love for my family to stay there again; however, I would not book through VCASA.

Beware! A diamond in a dump.

This newly renovated condo is beautiful BUT it is in a rundown, dilapidated, complex that is in serious disrepair. The garage in which you are allotted “2 parking spaces” is CONDEMNED FOR STRUCTURAL SAFETY REASONS ! The entire parking garage is closed down completely. There is red “danger” do not enter tape and signs posted by the city (back in March). The actual building is being braced by steel poles and wooden blocks. The parking information listed on VRBO is incorrect. To make matters worse the property is managed by Vacasa and they say guests have street parking. What this means is guests have to fight the residents for parking since the garage is condemned. They are double and triple parked in every nook and cranny. The street they expect you to park along is a busy 5 lane main road with high speed traffic. You will likely have to park across the street and have to navigate traffic with luggage and children in tow. Plus, if you are lucky enough to even find a parking spot across the busy road the easement is thick with vegetation so you are left to dodge traffic in the roadway just to get in your car. Parking was a hassle every day we were there. Had this been truthfully disclosed we would not have stayed here for 5 days. The railing up the steep stairs to the condo is wobbly. The hot tub is old, dingy and the plaster is peeling off. The “gym” is equally disappointing. We wasted hours texting Vacasa about numerous issues. WiFi. Cleanliness. Ugh.

Sehr schöne frisch renovierte Wohnung in La Jolla

Ganz neu renovierte geräumige Wohnung in La Jolla. Sehr schöne, saubere Küche, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, drei volle Bäder. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min Fußweg, zur Uni (UCSD) etwa 5 min mit dem Auto. Parkplatz in der Garage ist inklusive. Das Einchecken war etwas schwierig, Vacasa (die Vermietungsagentur) nicht sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, sauber und geschmackvoll. Sehr zu empfehlen!
