-Stays under 60 days: Total deposit is $800.

-Stays of 60+ days: A $3,500 Rent and damage deposit is required (covers damages/cleaning and not paying rent) - To be noted that if an tenant default and not paying rent, Vrbo Does Not cover any eviction cost and house damage cost - This leave us no choice to ask for addtional rent and damage deposit. Sorry and thank you for your understanding.
- All deposit are Refundable and we will refund within 15 days after check out.


- A lease agreement will need to be signed.
- Smoking is only allowed on the backyard of the property!
- Trash container will have to be stored to the side yard (out of the street view).

Other things to note
— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules. Please also maintain the noise volume to a minimum level and respect your neighbors!

— There is 1 closet out of service in the laundry room.

— Please follow the check-in and check-out time. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs when communicated 48hrs in advance. To provide the best experience for the next guest, our professional cleaning team requires a 5 hour average turnaround time.

— Please do not use towels and bed sheet for make up, dyeing, polishing shoes or leave any unwashable stain. If we have towel stained that is none-washable, we will have to charge you. We do not want to make your room rate too high, so please kindly take care of our towels. Thank you!
