As soon as you set foot in this amazing space and see the wide open living room and game room - you'll be instantly at ease. Then you'll step into the backyard and wonder if the whole property is yours - we assure you it is! This large single story 4 bedroom ranch style home has it all with three master suites and four full bathrooms. For larger groups of 7 or more, it also has a full furnished casita that has a full bed along with a sofa-bed along with a full bath!


★ THE PROPERTY ★

► THE MAIN HOUSE - Inside this large single story ranch home you'll find 4 themed bedroom with three master suites and four full bathrooms. There a game room that includes a pool table, shuffle board, and a classic Golden Tee game! There is a ton of living room space for larger groups to enjoy being together. All of the bedrooms along with the living room have large Roku / smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. There is an offices pace, extremely high speed internet, and furnishings specifically for children of all ages. Our property is designed to allow you to relax and create unforgettable memories!

► THE CASITA (groups of 7 or more) - If the main house wasn't enough, the property also has a full Casita! It includes a fully furnished kitchen / dining area. It includes two beds - a full murphy bed along with a fold out sofa-bed. Additionally there is full bath with walk in shower.

► THE BACKYARD - Included in your rental is a central pool as a part of a huge backyard offering beautiful mountain views. There is a huge patch of turf in the back for kids / adults alike to enjoy the many yard games / activities. There is also a huge covered patio with BBQ and various furniture to facilitate day / evening gathers.

► LOCATION - This getaway just 18 miles / 20 min from the Las Vegas Strip and 17 miles / 20min from Harry Reid International Airport. It is a perfect location families, business travelers, sports team and really any groups of up to 10 that want that home away from home. This spacious ranch home offers a true getaway with quick access to to all that Las Vegas Valley offers. It's also a block away from Mission Hills park which has a splash pad / basketball / tennis / pickle ball / and tons of open grass space!

► HORSE FACILITIES - There is corner space or pen / shed / trough / water that is able to be used for stays that include horses. For these kind of stays - there are additional charges as we need to configure the yard for a horse stay. Please inquire with us - as we would love to work with you for the many horse events that are in the Las Vegas valley!

► Mission Hills Park is less than two blocks away - 5 min walk. It has a large kids play area and extensive splash pad - in addition to light ball fields, tennis/pickle ball courts, and large grass fields.

► WATER STREET: 5 minutes away is the Henderson Water Street District. It has a collection of Breweries, Bars, Restaurants, and can meet nearly every culinary desire! It also has the America First Center which has two skating rinks that are frequently available for Open Skating!


★ OTHER THINGS OF NOTE ★

► In the garage you'll find a ChargePoint Home Flex Electric Vehicle (EV) charger wired for 60 amps to rapidly charge your vehicle. The charger fits J1772 for most vehicles and has an adaptor for NACS if you drive a Tesla.

► Many other amenities include poker chips, high speed Wi-Fi, board games, toys, full sized washer/dryer with adjacent utility sink, first aid & sewing kits, wall outlets with USB ports, toys and books for little kids and more!

► Private Parking - Not only is there a two car garage, there is a massive driveway that allows for parking for 8+ vehicles including space for RV + boat parking. Moreover - it is okay to park cars on the street should you desire. Please do not leave the garage door open for extended periods of time.

► Check-In / Check-Out - Check-out: 10 AM / Check-in: After 4 PM. You must request an early check-in or late check-out (fees apply if not followed).

► Cameras - There are exterior Ring cameras about the property in line with the Henderson STR regulations. Front door doorbell, garage, back yard, & Casita. There are absolutely no indoor cameras. Additionally, there are city-required noise monitors in common areas (measure decibel levels only — no audio recording.

► No Smoking - No smoking indoors or allowing smoke to drift inside. There are smoke monitors within the house - please expect an inquiry if you violate this rule and fees shall apply if rules are not followed.

► Good Neighbor Policy - Our home is a licensed and approved City of Henderson STR. Guests must follow all local rules including occupancy limits (10), quiet hours (10pm), no parties/events, and respectful noise control. Violations can result in fines or penalties charged to the guest. Please recognize that our neighbors live there year around - and they didn't have a choice about renting next to you! We ask that you follow the golden rule and be respectful as if they were your neighbors at home! Thank you.
