Recently updated and thoughtfully designed, the home features three bedrooms plus a spacious upper loft area, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The open-concept main level invites gatherings with family and friends, with large windows overlooking the lake and access to two expansive decks that offer incredible sunset views and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining or quiet mornings with a cup of coffee. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sinks, and a stand-up shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. A second queen bedroom is also located on the main floor with closet storage, as well as a half bath near the kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the loft includes two twin beds and two twin trundles—perfect for kids or extra guests. Downstairs, the walkout lower level offers a second entertainment space complete with a wet bar and access to a patio that overlooks the water. The third bedroom is located on this level and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and dresser, adjacent to a full bathroom stocked with essentials. The lower level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, with detergent and wool dryer balls provided for guest use. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. A coffee and tea bar is also available, featuring a 12-cup coffee maker and Keurig with ground coffee, filters, K-Cups, tea, creamer, sugar, and Stevia to get you started. Enjoy the outdoor amenities including a lakeside fire pit with seating for unforgettable nights under the stars, and take advantage of the provided kayaks for fun on the water. Guests also have access to a private dock, a two-stall attached garage, and additional driveway parking for up to four vehicles (note: no street parking is allowed). A gas grill is located in the garage with grilling utensils in the kitchen and a spare propane tank provided; please let us know if a tank is emptied so we can replace it after checkout. The home is dog-friendly with a $250 pet fee for up to two dogs; additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 charge per animal. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, with a $50 charge applied if extra outdoor cleaning is needed. Located on a quiet residential street with long-term neighbors, we ask guests to be respectful of the community during their stay. Guests will receive a unique code for keyless entry and have access to the full home, excluding a locked closet, one lower-level room, the detached garage, and the shed. We are always available through VRBO messaging should you need assistance but otherwise allow guests to enjoy their stay privately.
