One level condo with bikes and gas BBQ for your outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances. Off the dining area is a private Patio with gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The back deck looks over a common area and the Meadows Golf Course. Just recently added a new 65” Smart LG TV in the living room and all of the rooms are now equipped with Smart TV's. Kick your feet up in front of the stone-faced fireplace and watch your favorite show.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary bedroom houses a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private exit to the back porch plus an attached private bathroom.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom houses two Twin beds and a smart TV. The second full bath is right across the hall.

A Roll Away bed is also included.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

This was a fortuitous view. This house was everything we needed! The weather was beautiful, so we spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the meadow with the horses grazing. It was very clear and this view of the sunset was terrific. The kitchen had everything we needed for equipment, but unlike other places I've stayed, they did not have spices, but that didn't deter us. Comfortable beds, lots of options with pillows and plenty of comfy living room options.

Sun River stay

Home was nice and location was great. I would suggest you bring your own pillows for sleeping. The towels and linens could use changing, looked a little worn. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants, shops and activities. Travelled with our 3 small children. Property was perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation in Sunriver

The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies to make cooking in the home easier. It also allowed us to take our puppy, which made everyone happy. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends!

Perfect getaway home

Nicely updated and master bed was very comfy. Kitchen was nice but make sure to bring your own spices. The only suggestion we had was the mattresses on the bunk beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Master king downstairs and another master king and another bedroom with two sets of bunks and a loft upstairs. Loved having the loft for keeping all of our winter clothes! The living area was just the right size and comfortable. So was the kitchen. The new furniture is nice. The only thing that would make our stay even more perfect would have been a ping pong table in the garage! But even without it, we loved staying at this house.

Wonderful River Home

We loved the spot so close to the river and far from the busy center of Sunriver, but only 10 minutes by car to,all the action. We were visited by deer on several occasions and delighted that they were not afraid of us. We appreciated the many bikes available to us; I think there were 6. The hot tub provided the perfect evening indulgence. Overall, we were pleased to find such a well cared for and clean home. Wish we had a ping pong table or maybe a video gaming system, but otherwise this home was just what we were looking for. And for any adventurers out there, we highly recommend the Paulina Plunge!

Family Reunion time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two married sons and two grandchildren plus our furry grand dog stayed in this property! The home was lovely with a deck outback with a BBQ and lots of trees surrounding it. The furnishings had a nice cabin feel to them and the large dining table and chairs were great for all of them! They enjoyed the walking paths with the children and all the bicycles in the garage. The only down side was the lack of air conditioning as it was extremely hot during our stay. The other problem was the lack of basic necessities (plastic wrap,a few seasonings ect.) in the kitchen We had a great time and look forward to a return visit someday.

Great layout, location & price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and would definitely come back. One of the kids in our party has special needs and having a master on the main was very nice. It was also nice that both the front and back decks were only a single step height from the ground and that the carpeting downstairs was of a shorter and firm style. This made it easier for him to maneuver around in his wheel chair so he was able to be closer to the rest of the kids. This really is a great house with a cozy feel. The hot tub was great as well. The BBQ was out of gas after the first night, but one call to the management company and it was replaced the next morning. The management company was very, very nice and helpful as well. A+ stay!!!

Nice property... Great Location! Needs a little TLC on the private deck as there are many, many nails sticking up! The A/C was an issue due to icing up. There needs to be a plaque with instructions posted by the thermostat so it can be operated properly to avoid the issue. None of the heat pumps/AC units that I have ever been involved with have had this issue, so was unaware of preventative measures to be taken. Easy fix if guests are made aware of how to prevent it!

Great Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in Gannet 27. Nice and roomy. Love the dining table with the bench, made it possible for all 7 of us to sit and eat together. Only issue was the hot tub, the breaker kept tripping, we had called for service, the tech just told us to click it off, leave for 5 min and turn back on. So it made the hot tub times only about 20 mins. Having 2 ovens was great, but not a lot of room to put any non refrigerated groceries. My only suggestion for an item replacement would be slow closing toilet seats. they are the best, no loud slams of the seat! But that's totally minor. Great place to get them is Consolidated Supply Co. in Bend! Tell them Sally Pratt recommended you :) Loved our stay!

Summer trip to Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Sunriver and it was a wonderful location for a family vacation. We have never been to a place that was more kid and dog friendly. The home is in a great location on the upper end of the development. If you can't bring your own bikes, the home provides some so you'll want to use them, the bike paths can take you anywhere you need to go. The home was clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable (which is important to me.) We had no issues at all so we never needed to be in communication with the rental agency... perfect. I would highly recommend Sunriver and Gannet 27. When you go, bring the family (and the family dog) and bring your sense of adventure. There's almost too much to do, but make sure your summer visit includes some activities on the river. We did a white water rafting trip on the McKenzie river through Sun Country Tours and it was an unforgettable experience.
