This condo was perfect for our long weekend in Toronto! The location is wonderful…close to the TTC, grocery and great restaurants and coffee shops. Communication with the host was kind, prompt and all instructions were clear, easy and thorough. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I booked this property due to it's proximity to a class I was attending in the area. It was conveniently located. There was easy access to public transportation, a nearby convenience store, and most places in the area took 15-20 mins to get to. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There was also lots of great hidden gem restaurant options in the area conveniently within walking distance.The property manager was very responsive to any question I had prior to and during my visit. Their check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough and descriptive as well as important things to know about the property. I had no issues finding the property upon arrival. The amenities were very well stocked for an extended stay both in the kitchen, bathroom, smart TVs, and high speed internet. During my stay the property was quiet after hours, and I barely heard noise from the neighbors staying next door. I was able to work in peace after coming home from my class. Many folks do park in front of the property during the week, but the weekends there seem to be less folks parked. If you do have ride shares picking you up be aware that you'll need to be waiting outside especially during the week due to commuter traffic and nowhere for them idle.The property is on the second floor, so if you have heavy luggage you may need assistance lugging it up and down the stairs. There is not a lift available. I had a great stay as an international traveler, would highly recommend!

Let me start with by saying that the location was great, and the check-in instructions were clear and fairly easy to follow (they’re in the wrong order but once figured out, it works well). The space itself was cozy, and the deck patio outside was a very nice touch. There were TVs in every room, which is a plus if that’s something you care about, and small extras like individual shower gels as well as bathrobes in the rooms, which were appreciated.That said, the main issue was cleanliness. The bedsheets, dining table, and placemats all could have been cleaner, which is hard to overlook when you’re staying somewhere. The small bed I slept on had a spring mattress and that wasn’t comfortable.The furnishings also felt cheap. My dad, who’s stayed in plenty of places over the years, said this was the least attractive of any of them.With some attention to cleanliness and a few upgrades, this could be a much better stay.

Great spot for our family. Clean, well equipped. Lots of coffee shops and little restaurants nearby. Proximity to the subway made it easy to get around. Also easy to find parking nearby.
