Step into this newly remodeled, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Within a short 15 minute drive, you can explore the Tacoma Dome, Ruston Way Waterfront, LeMay Car Museum, Wild Waves and Dash Point State Park. This retreat offers keyless entry, and ample parking in the driveway and on the street. Inside, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing living area, and plenty of space to stretch out. The kitchen is perfect for morning coffee, and the included desk workspace in the bedroom supports productivity. Please note, while the Cozy Corner provides ultimate comfort, it is located next to a busy street. For this reason you may notice road noise that can be loud at times.

The user with the account booking The Cozy Corner must be 25 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to ask for your ID at any time during your stay to verify that the guest identity matches the profile.

>> NO GUESTS OR EVENTS <<
We do not allow you to host gatherings or events in our residence. No additional guests allowed. Only the guest(s) on the reservation are allowed at our property. The fee for unauthorized extra guests is $50 per person per day. If you go over the six-person limit there is an additional $500 fee. No exceptions.

>> ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES <<
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. When leaving the unit, please close and lock all windows, the backdoor and front door.

Ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

>> NO SMOKING POLICY <<
For the comfort of all guests, smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

>> PETS—DOGS ONLY <<
We are happy to host families with up to two dogs. Unfortunately we are unable to allow cats due to allergies. We require that all dogs have outgrown the puppy stage, are fully vaccinated, and housebroken. We do not accept puppies. A dog bed, bowls, and poo bags are available for their comfort. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets. We have a fully fenced backyard.

Please respect the neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm, especially outside. They live here full time. Your consideration is appreciated!

Guests are able to stream their favorite show and movie under their own account with Roku. It will automatically close your account info when you check out.
