Greet each morning with a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic at this oceanfront condo in Jacksonville Beach. Beautifully remodeled throughout, this light-filled condo is a place to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and making family memories to last a lifetime.

This condo sits on the fourth floor of an oceanfront building, one with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a walkway crossing the dunes to the beach. Here in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, you'll be within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier, and a quick drive from Neptune Beach, St. Johns Town Center, and other local attractions.

After a day of watersports, take the elevator back up to the fourth floor to relax, unwind with a cold drink, and soak up the beautiful scene outside on the beachfront balcony.

Thanks to its corner position, the condo is full of sunlight and views of the Atlantic. The thoughtfully renovated living space includes a washer/dryer by the door to take care of the day's swimsuits, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an oceanfront living room with a TV. Of the two connected bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom overlooking the beach with its own TV.

Easy and convenient check in/out process. Highlights - the view! we also received a text with complimentary earlier check in, always a plus when traveling. My only negatives are there were not 2 twin beds as described. It is one twin bed and the sofa (which slept comfortably, not sure if it pulled out or not. This may or may not work for some travelers. Also, the tub had no slip proof surface and it was slick! Otherwise, our stay was great, it is about 20 minutes from NS Mayport so convenient to visit my son,

Very functional and good location. But the paint overall is faded and severely peeling in the bedroom with visible mold/mildew. Most furniture is old, cheap and falling apart. Could be a very nice property with just a little investment, maintenance, basic upkeep and TLC.

True beachfront and we enjoyed the balcony as much as we could with the strong winds and occasional rain. Love the location and that many of the restaurants are walkable. Perfect for our mini beach vacation.

The condo was nice besides the mold in the master bedroom that someone tried to paint over to cover it up. It needs to be properly handled. We also had issues with the person who lives above this condo. They were moving furniture around well after 10pm for 2 nights in a row so we had to call Jacksonville beach police line to get them to stop so we could get out rest for the next day. They did stop but the last night we were there they decided to clean and vacuum at 10pm. Very disrespectful neighbors. The pillows do need to be replaced they are very lumpy and a couple are very thin. Other than that the stay was wonderful and we definitely enjoyed being right on the beach and having the balcony to just sit and read a book and listen to the waves. Very peaceful. We would definitely recommend this place. I just hope that we are listened to and address the few things that we noted. The photos I added are from the balcony view. Very stunning even with it being windy a gloomy during our stay.

The condo was very nice. The views were awesome! Great location. The website stated "sleeps 4". In the pictures it looks like there is the big bed and 2 twins. But there is only the big bed and one twin. If the description includes the couch as a place to sleep, I recommend getting a sleeper sofa to be considered a bed as that couch was not comfortable for sleeping. We initially thought there were only 2 bath towels. Used the beach towels and found the other towels in the bathroom under the sink the day we left. I don't know why we didn't look there sooner! LolThere are 2 knobs on the stove that are cracked. We couldn't figure out why the surfacecwas still hot when the knob was on "off".We had to switch knobs in order to turn the burner off. We did text property management and they said it would be looked at.There's a patch on the bedroom ceiling that should be repaired instead of just painted over but it didn't leak when it rained.Overall it's a really cute place! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends!

Excellent view from balcony but that’s it

The balcony view was really the only good thing about this place. It’s the perfect place to watch the morning sunrise from the balcony. Now here are the things that I text to the property manager that needs some attention quickly. The ceiling in the bedroom has a lot of water damage that looks to be black mold or grease that was slightly painted over. It looks like you’re in a dump motel the way that ceiling in one corner looks. The bedroom stays warm because the air vent doesn’t blow hard. The trash can is broken in kitchen, along with the dishwasher detergent door, the fan in the living pops loud when in use so basically it can’t be used unless you like the popping noise. The chairs have stains all over them so you definitely don’t want to sit on those. The couch sinks almost to the floor, have fun getting up. It needs replaced. The mattress has a hugh brown stain in the middle that was covered up with a mattress cover and that cover never gets washed because it’s too big to fit in the washer/dryer. The comforter on the twin bed had stains all over it. All this was sent to manager including pictures. There isn’t a shower outside to wash off after the beach, only a water hose behind the dumpster. The shower wash off is in the pool area on the side but only access is going to pool area with a gate code to get in and then walk back to elevator. The pictures in the listing are misleading.I did forget to tell them that the barstools needed replaced. Wobbly and wore out.

Love this property, it was perfect for what we needed. It was myself and my wife, and our 4 year old. There was enough room for us, but would not push it beyond maybe another child. It was great to have him sleeping in a separate room that closed off, and to have separate bathrooms. Location is close to many restaurants but the highlight is the beach-ocean view from the balcony and the walkway right next to the building that crossed the dune and right onto a great section of beach. Literally on the beach in 2 minutes. When the tide is low, there's a great tide pool that is great for kids. Only notes - there was water damage in one corner of the main bedroom that dropped some paint chips / drywall fragments into my luggage that I stored there. Small eyesore and minor inconvenience. Also, the door lock code needs to be entered QUICKLY all at once or it will error out. It took some getting used to with a 10-digit code. All in all - a GREAT property at a GREAT rate. Awesome value.

Location was amazing. The condo was great. We loved the balcony and ocean views. We appreciated how quiet the building was. There are a few small things that would make it even better. There seems to be a large area of ceiling in the main bedroom that looks to be water damage. Overall though the condo was wonderful. We would stay again. We have a new favorite vacation spot.

Perfect location but needs a refresh

This condo is in the perfect location. Proximity to the beach access and ocean view are amazing. The entire unit is just sort of run down. Everything needs to be updated. All of the walls, ceilings, and baseboards need to be painted and it needs a deep clean.

Spring Break

Came down to visit family and soak up the surf and salt air. The condo was great, plenty spacious for me and the hubs...loved the balcony and the view was incredible.

Beach life and Sunrises were beautiful

Staying on the beach made this vacation a great choice. This particular condo is on the fourth floor with great views and easy access to the beach. It is dog friendly, just about everyone there had a dog. Consequently, the furniture is simple (but was comfortable), a bit worn, but clean. All our needs were met, air, heat, bed, linens, adequate equipped kitchen. Location and area were easy to walk aroung, several nice dining options nearby. We would rent again, especially if we need to bring our dog.

Comfy King Bed. Very sterile, bland unit

I gave this a 3 star bc of the lack of warmth and cozy to the unit. It had the bare necessities, but felt very sterile. It was cold, and there wasn’t a blanket to snuggle with. There were no rugs in the living room, so we had to wear shoes the entire time to keep from being cold. The main bed was a king size, and super comfy, however, there really wasn’t a second “bedroom.” The two sleeping areas/beds can be separated with pocket doors, but it would lack privacy if you needed it. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for.. but after seeing another unit in the building for about the same price, I won’t be staying here again.
