This third-floor, oceanfront condo, wonderfully located in the private gated community of Summer Beach, offers all the comforts of home in a truly spectacular setting. Enjoy easy access to two oceanfront community pools, both with plentiful lounge chairs and boardwalks leading to the ocean.






Whether you're admiring the magnificent ocean views from the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach, or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, this condo provides a small piece of paradise. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi to accommodate remote work or school, U-verse TV service, and a combined living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Elevators not working!!

The condo unit itself was nice and comfortable. The outside of building and pool area was not very clean . Apparently there was a big storm that came through and knocked out the elevators so we had to walk up 36 steps to our unit carrying all our stuff!! Several trips ! We were told at first the elevators would be fixed the next day but got message that they wouldn’t be ready until at least Thursday . We are all in our mid 70s and up and down those stairs several times a day did not work . So Vacasa worked with us to change unit . It was unit 42 and not as high up for view and the bed situation was not what we signed up for . They had a couple young people come over and moved all our stuff so that was a big help . But just so you know even the stairways were dirty and still wet fir a couple days after storm . Never did see anyone attempting to clean them up . Gotta say Vacasa was easy to work with but I would never want to go back to those condos again !!

It is on The Golf Club just off A1A near great places to eat-in or carry-out. The emailed instructions were perfect for all entry codes and the staff was lovely and always accessible. We were on the beach in minutes after arrival and found shark's teeth in the surf line the very first day! The location is only minutes away from downtown Fernandina Beach, as well. From morning sunrises to nighttime star gazing, to just relaxing and listening to the surf, the balcony was particularly inviting and we played board games out there in the evenings. We slept in the seaside bedroom with the sliding glass door open to the balcony to continue to enjoy that surf as we fell so easily to sleep each night; very comfortable beds. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing escape. Oh, and the temperatures were perfect for beach and ocean, as well as strolling Fernandina Beach's quaint shops. We took a short trip south on AIA to Little Talbot Island state park ($5/car) that was also a fun beach and found two complete horseshoe crab shells (did not touch) there. You will love this place. We are coming back next year!

Ocean Place is our favorite place to stay, it is right on the beach and private. The only issues we had was the elevators were out on the first day we got there for a while. I did call and they were fixed shortly. There was a fire alarm on Wednesday so I left the condo and stood outside until the firemen gave the ok. This also knocked the elevators our for a while. The condo was nice and clean. Outside furniture could use a little upgrading. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very attentive.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Ocean View

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Amelia Island. This beautiful condo suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The terrace is very large and has a panoramic view of the beach and the ocean. The high top table on the terrace was great as it allows an unobstructed view when sitting at the table to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We had friends stay with us one night and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom was great to have and very private. The rental agency was very helpful and great to work with. We would love to return again in the future.
