Located on the "Slope" of the Golden Hill Historic District, north of the 94, the stately White Column manor is a classic, colonial revival home with both vintage charm and modern conveniences close to many of San Diego's main attractions. Outdoor living flows from the expansive front lawn (great for outdoor games), through the spacious, covered porch that is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The interior has new paint, a new refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen cabinets and a newly installed central heating and air conditioning system. All three bedrooms are large and each has a desk for working remote. The living room features a massive, sectional sofa and the formal dining room comfortably seats 10 people across two tables.

▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to
protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The
cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property.

We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics

Please use towels and linens responsibly. Excessive stains or damage may result in additional
