Had a little problem on arrival, host was great to work with and came up with solution quickly. Loved that there were lots of pillows on the beds and the parking was great! Park behind the gate if you can, easier to turn around for exit.

Place was spotless. VERY pet-friendly with property being fully fenced. Neighborhood appeared a little sketchy at first but turned out to be VERY quiet and secure. The ONLY things that might be a bit of an issue for some is the very narrow gate entry and the fact that there is only one bathroom. Other than that, this property is exceptional and we would definitely stay again.

Best stay in a long time!

Thank you! We loved the house! Wonderful very cozy beds Nicely located - we recommend everyone who wants to see UC San Diego, or Zoo, or Sea World or City, or Torrey Pines park and beaches Fifteen or less minutes to Trader Joes store.The only thing we missed - maybe add a chair to each of the smaller bedrooms.. otherwise best of best

Excellent place ! Really enjoyed our stay. To improve: neighbors parking making difficult to access ramp to parking driveway. Also curtains are too short allowing too much light to come in the AM. They did not leave enough toilet paper had to go out and buy.

Great spot for family with kids

We loved our 6 day stay in this house. The yard was great for the kids to run around. Everything seemed to be only 15 minutes away, which is a welcome change to what we are used to at home. It was clean and safe. One downside- you can hear everything going on throughout the whole house. If I'm ever back in San Diego, I'd stay here again.

Great place

Easy check in, clean, everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Think the three steps in back bedroom need edge strips to make them stand out from floor. Traveled with our dog and she loved the yard, but did run into those steps 2 times as they match the floor.

San Diego get away

Property was very clean and well maintained. Very good for a family of four with a toddler and infant. Had all necessary toddler and maybe items that a family could use. Enjoyed our stay. Only minor detail, which is just a personal preference, The mattresses were too firm/stiff for our liking.

Our stay was really pleasant. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The fire place is a +. Only opportunities for improvement: 1) Neighbors parking really close to entrance and it’s very crowded making it difficult to drive in /out of driveway/garage. 2) curtains could have better coverage to block light better. In the mornings a lot of light passed thru. 3) Ensure enough basic toiletries are provided as we ran out of some and had to buy for ourselves.Overall very enjoyable as it’s well located to reach major destinations in San Diego.

Very nice, cozy home

This home was very clean, comfortable and nice for the 4 of us. There were t.v.s in every room and plenty of board games. They also had ‘Sorry’ my favorite childhood game, was great! About a 15 minute drive to the beach. Plenty of parking on premises was a huge plus! Home was fully stocked with whatever we needed.

Everything we needed!

This place had everything we needed for a trip with 3 littles. There were 3 bedrooms all equipped with their own TV, the closet doors on 2 of the rooms were mirrors so there was plenty of mirrors for everyone getting ready for the day. A great private yard and gated driveway. It was no more than a 15 minute drive to every attraction we visited. There was a skate park 2 blocks away that my grandson and I went to on a few days to watch skaters. We loved the place!

The only major problem we had is that this property states it has AC as an ammenity and then in the description doubles down and states central heat and air, there is no central heat and air. It has a thermostat that appears to control central heat, it has 1 window ac unit in the primary bedroom and another in the living room. The other two rooms have oscilating fans. It was 80 degrees during our stay, the property was over 90 inside when we arrived and took all night to cool down. The house itself was decent with a nice yard and we appreciated the gated parking, we only had one car but for people who may have more the driveway is long enough to accommodate which is great because there is no space to park on the street. The location was close to everyhing we planned to do which was great and the neighborhood was quiet so my 3 yr old was able to sleep at night.

The yard space is dreamy!

What a great house to stay in! I came with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 9 & 6) and a dog. The yard is MASSIVE! My kids and dog LOVED the space! We loved having the extra yard space as well as a private entrance. Nothing worse than trying to find parking! This place has room for so many cars if needed! We felt secure with the house behind fencing and our vehicles behind a gate. The cul-de-sac, I will warn you, is tight. It is very nice that the house is located here, nice and quiet, no complaints on noise what so ever! The space to drive into the cul de sac is tight. With all of the cars parked on either side of the street, I wasn't sure that we were going to make it ( I drive a big Sequoia ). But, we made it! House has only a set of stairs that have 3 steps. Rooms were spacious. House was incredibly clean. I'd never rented a place, even in a hotel room, that was a clean as this house! Bravo! My only recommendation would be to get a smaller kitchen table and add a chair or two in the living area. But honestly, that is it. Great house! Thank you for letting us stay! We would love to stay again in the future!
