This bright, coastal retreat, which has been newly renovated, provides the perfect mix of style , comfort, and convenience. The living room has cathedral ceilings, skylights, a gas fireplace, and a dining area with French doors to a stunning wrap-around deck which is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. The kitchen is bright, modern, and well equipped for any chef. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs, the entire floor is dedicated to a full primary suite. Here you'll find a separate office in addition to a large, luxurious full bath. The walk-out, lower level includes a family/tv room, half bath, and an additional bonus room with 2 twin beds which can accommodate overflow guests. It also has a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer. Just outside is an outdoor shower. The location of the house is ideal with easy access by bike or walking to Long Point Beach. If you prefer to drive your car to Long Point, you can make a daily reservation for a spot in the lot by signing up for membership to the Trustees of the Reservation on-line and purchasing an annual membership. The bike path to Edgartown is about a mile up from the house. Our house offers proximity to up-island towns as well as down-island villages for shopping, restaurants, and more. Additionally, the house includes access (through a parking sticker you can purchase) to the highly coveted Lambert's Cove beach, a true island treasure!
