Dear Robert, My primary goal is for you, the traveler, to have a great experience. Here are the steps that I have taken to address your concerns: 1. New double pane energy-efficient windows have been installed throughout the cabin. 2 . New drinking glasses and wine glasses have been purchased. 3. The oven, T.V., Direct T.V., Netflix and wireless internet have all been tested and are working efficiently. 4. The cleaning service is aware of your comments. They verified that the cabin was thoroughly cleaned prior to your visit. 5. The noise from the highway is very light and has never been a problem for any previous travelers. Nonetheless, dual pane windows have been installed. 6. New board games, cards and horseshoes have been purchased for your entertainment. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and improve upon the overall traveler experience. Sincerely, Owner
